set up your accounts initially on MYOB
MYOB is
an Accounting software package that records your day to day
accounting information.
I will
enter all your data as it comes to me so you can have an up to date
report at any time.
Bank Reconciliations:
Know what you really have in the bank. Your bank statement does not
always tell you this. If you spend money based on your statement
balance, you might become overdrawn. This costs you money in high
bank fees.
BAS, GST and PAYG:
I can assist you with your BAS preparation to keep you on time.
Avoid the penalty fees
Accounts Receivable:
If you send invoices to any of your clients, you will always know
who is behind in their payments. Don't
jeopardise
your Cash Flow by forgetting who owes you what.
Accounts Payable:
Keep up your good Credit Rating. You will always know when a payment
is due,
Payroll Processing:
If you
have employees, I can process your payroll including Superannuation
and Leave Entitlements.
Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets:
You will get a monthly report on your Income and Expenditure, How
much you owe and how much is owed to you.
End of Year Procedures:
I can
assist you with your PAYG Summary and Group Certificates if you have
employees.
Tax Time: The puzzle is now
complete. Your books are now Accountant Ready saving you on
costly fees.
If you do not have a Tax Accountant or are not
happy with the one you have, I can refer you to an excellent and
highly regarded CPA that has very reasonable fees.
